Our family's passion for baking started with a simple question: 'What's in this?' We'd look at the ingredient lists on store-bought snacks and breads and see a lot of long, complicated names, things we couldn't pronounce and definitely couldn't find in our own kitchen. It made us realize we didn't really know what we were eating. Baking at home became our solution. It was a way to take back control and know exactly what was going into our food. We could choose high-quality ingredients, like real butter instead of processed oils, and simple things like flour, sugar, eggs, and a pinch of salt. There's a certain magic in turning these basic ingredients into something delicious and beautiful. It's more than just a hobby for us it's a way of showing love.
